RETURNING OF GOODS
If for any reason You are unsatisfied with our products, You can return them for an exchange or full refund. In this case Linenshop must be notified within 7 working days from shipment receiving date. Please write the reason, why items will be returned. To be returned items must be shipped within 7 days from date of notifying Linenshop. All items must be returned un-used and in a saleable condition with proof of purchase from our shop. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping costs and goods are under Your responsibility until they arrive at our address. In order to avoid being responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit, please return the items using an insured delivery service that covers the full cost of the items. The returned goods must be in the same original packaging and condition as You received them for a full refund. In case You decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, www.e-scent.lt will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
