In case You have received faulty item (items), You have right to notice us via email in 7 days after receiving the shipment and to return them for an exchange or full refund. Returning of goods must be done according the rules and regulations described in Return policy. In case You decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, e-scent.lt will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status or damaged.
